OTE Sports

March 2017

As you may have seen previously on Facebook, I am delighted to announce that PSC have agreed a partnership deal with OTE Sports to provide specialist sports nutrition products and advice to the swimmers & members of PSC.
OTE Sports nutrition products have been designed and developed by professional nutritionists and athletes with over twenty years’ performance sports experience. As well as manufacturing high quality products, and advising athletes of all ages and abilities regarding energy and hydration for exercise, they have included features in their energy gels, drinks and other performance products to improve their performance, acceptance, and effectiveness before, during and after exercise.
Peter Slater, Director and Co-Founder of OTE Sports says “As a former member, swimmer and head coach of Preston Swimming Club it gives me great pleasure to be able to support the club and swimmers with their performance nutrition. Nutrition has a key role to play in performance swimming and even more so in the development of age group swimmers as they combine many hours in the pool with school work and participation in other sports. I look forward to being part of the clubs continued success both locally and nationally, and hope the club and city can continue in successfully developing Olympic and Paralympic swimmers that we can all be proud of.”
As part of the agreement, OTE are offering all members of Preston Swimming Club a discount of 30% off purchases from their website – www.otesports.co.uk – using the code otepsc17.  (Please note discount does not apply on top of any other offers they may run from time-to-time, or on multipacks, which are already heavily discounted.)
In addition, OTE will be arranging to deliver sports nutrition seminars to appropriate squads of swimmers and parents, and are supporting the senior swimmers training camp at the end of the month.
On behalf of the Club I would like to thank Pete Slater and OTE for their support both financially, and in terms of their expertise, in this initiative which can only enhance the quality of training, recovery and performance our swimmers experience.
