STOURBRIDGE CRYSTAL OPEN MEET 2007

On Sunday 7th January 2007 we took 14 swimmers from squads to the above meet at Wolverhampton Central Baths. This meet was attended by Coaches Stuart Cutler & Steve Heaps. The swimmers who attended the meet swam magnificently well, many gaining Lancashire Qualifying times, North West Region Qualifying times and one swimmer gaining a National Qualifying Time.

In summary: 42 clubs attended the Stourbridge Crystal Open Meet. PSC had only 14 swimmers at the meet: one of the smallest teams, yet we finished in a phenomenal 2nd place in the top club award even beating home team Stourbridge with over 3 times as many swimmers.

It should also be noted that throughout the day ALL 14 SWIMMERS were commented on by Officials, Coaches and Spectators from other clubs not only on their swimming ability but also on their Impeccable Behaviour. They were a credit to their parents, the club and themselves.
