Squads
- Squad placement is based not on age but ability.
- Ability is further broken down into technical ability (i.e. stroke technique) and the ability to train (level of fitness).
- The ages mentioned within the squad descriptions are guidelines and will vary from swimmer to swimmer (hence the overlap). Entry into, and movement out of, each squad is based on a set of criteria maintained by the coaches. This is continually subject to review and for the latest criteria contact the squad coach.

Fees
The Committee have agreed an increase in fees commencing from January 1st
2009 and are as follows:

| D Squad | £23.00 |
| MDS(Micro-League Development Squad) | £20.00 |
| Pre MDS | £14.00 |
| B Squad | £28.00 |
| Junior Development | £21.00 |
| Water Polo/Senior | £20.00 |
| Water Polo/Junior | £15.00 |
Payments are one month in arrears therefore your February payment will be
expected to be in line with the new charges. Please note that anyone with a 3rd
child swimming within the squads will pay 50% of the lowest fee applicable. All
standing orders will be being checked for the correct payments.
Standing order forms are being sent out to all the members, alternatively you can
pick one up from the Preston Swimming Club desk at Fulwood or download one
here
