Party NOT to be missed

Preston Captain earns just rewards after becoming World Youth Champion

Club Captain Daniel Sliwinski has missed a few parties in the last 12 months due to his hard work and commitment to his swimming. However, Daniel has been invited to London this weekend to party on down in Pall Mall at the Olympic Handover Celebrations.

Daniel was invited by British Swimming to attend the party and he has also been invited by Radio Five Live to give an interview on Sunday morning at 7.30am. and as Michael Phelps is also attending the party he also has been invited to give an interview alongside Daniel (or maybe it should be the other way round).

Rumour has it that Daniel will be having a quiet word with Mr Phelps warning him not to swim the 100 breast at the 2012 games in London as Daniel is currently faster than him in this event!

Daniel has been given this opportunity after his success in Mexico in July of this year where he won three of the four gold medals that Great Britian won.
He became world youth champion in the 50 and 100 breastroke where he set new British records and also World Championship records in both.
He was also a member of the medley relay team who again won gold and set a new World Championship record.

Well done Daniel! Enjoy your day - you have earned it!
