Click to enlarge	GALA ENTRY FEES Due to the rising cost of coaches passes to allow them poolside access during galas and the number of coaches/helpers we require, it has now become necessary to implement a separate charge of £1 per child, per competition entry.This small cost will help to subsidise the full cost the club has to pay for the passes. As you are aware due to the high number of swimmers PSC takes to galas, we need several poolside coaches/helpers each of whom has to have a paid for pass.The charge will be implemented from now and will cover all future galas, the next being the North Lancs.Could I ask you all to add the £1 to your normal entry fee please. To assist, wherever possible the £1 fee required will be shown on the entry form for the competition
MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL All memberships of PSC have to be renewed with the ASA by 31st March 2012 Further information will be sent out in early February to be returned ideally by the end of February to enable any problems to be resolved	MICRO-LEAGUE AND SUB LEAGUE FIXTURES 2012 Please view your fixtures for 2012 here! IMPORTANT NOTICE It has been brought to my attention that at the Time Trials held at West View LC on Sat 8th Jan there was a parent on the balcony taking photos.I would like to remind all swimmers,parents coaches and poolside helpers that it is the policy of West View LC that Photos are not taken at any event in their centre. Can we please all ensure we respect this decision.The taking of photos is not permitted. Many thanks. MEMBERS PLEASE NOTE: Membership fees for 2011 can be viewed here and in the January newsletter	SWIMMERS PLEASE NOTE: It is very important that swimmers, parents & coaches are aware of the changes to be made to FINA Swimwear Rules from 1st January 2010 This needs to be read and understood by all	COACH TRAVEL: The Committee have decided that,where a Coach is provided: Coaches to galas are compulsory for all swimmers. Each seat will cost £2.50 for all and will be filled by swimmers, then coaches and poolside helpers,then parents/guardians on a first come, first served basis.Alternative transport should be arranged by and for parents/guardians wishing to attend the gala in case space on the coach is limited.
PARENTS PLEASE NOTE: Any changes to PSC teaching or squad swimming times will be posted on the notice boards and/or the website. Please do not contact Leisure Centre Staff about them or anything else concerning PSC e.g.kit Leisure Centre staff will not have any information regarding PSC	PARENTS PLEASE NOTE: If anybody requires the Sharks & Seals results please email: Steve	SAFETY NOTICE TO PARENTS & SWIMMERS: Please ensure the clear plastic tops are removed from drinks bottles before entering the pool area.These cannot be seen by swimmers and can easily be swallowed or stick in the throat causing a choking hazard TEN of these were removed in one teaching session

Although addressed to Levels 3 and 4 it is relevant to all swimmers For Health and Safety reasons and also at the request of Leisure Centre Staff would ALL parents please keep off poolside at all times	SWIMMERS PLEASE NOTE: All the Coaches have been instructed to ensure that all swimmers in their respective squads must adhere to their attendance criteria. Any swimmer failing to comply with the attendance criteria will be subject to review and possible loss of place in that squad.Please ensure you check your attendance criteria and adhere to it.	C.R.B.
