TRAINING CANCELLED: Due to the Rotherham Metro Gala on 17th & 18th July training for C and D squads on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings 16th,17th and 18th July has been cancelled. Training will resume as normal on Tuesday 20th July	NATIONAL ARENA SWIMMING LEAGUE 2010: Preston will this year for the first time have two teams in the National Arena League. We compete in the North West Region with our A team in the Premier division and our newly formed B team in Division 2. 	COACH TRAVEL: The Committee have decided that,where a Coach is provided: Coaches to galas are compulsory for all swimmers. Each seat will cost Ł2.50 for all and will be filled by swimmers, then coaches and poolside helpers,then parents/guardians on a first come, first served basis.Alternative transport should be arranged by and for parents/guardians wishing to attend the gala in case space on the coach is limited.	FREE SWIMMING: Free Swimming for under 16 and over 60 at Fulwood and West View Leisure Centres for Preston City Council residents only. EXTERNAL GALAS: After the cut off day for entries to external galas, details e.g. programme of events,qualifying times etc. will be found on the Calendar page under Contents where a copy can be downloaded	SAFETY NOTICE TO PARENTS & SWIMMERS: Please ensure the clear plastic tops are removed from drinks bottles before entering the pool area.These cannot be seen by swimmers and can easily be swallowed or stick in the throat causing a choking hazard TEN of these were removed in one teaching session	PARENTS PLEASE NOTE: All parents please read this notice about arriving late on poolside. Although addressed to Levels 3 and 4 it is relevant to all swimmers For Health and Safety reasons and also at the request of Leisure Centre Staff would ALL parents please keep off poolside at all times
SWIMMERS PLEASE NOTE: All the Coaches have been instructed to ensure that all swimmers in their respective squads must adhere to their attendance criteria. Any swimmer failing to comply with the attendance criteria will be subject to review and possible loss of place in that squad.Please ensure you check your attendance criteria and adhere to it.	C.R.B.
